.Crafts and Chatter

The residents have had all the crafts out and been making themselves some cards. They use the cards themselves to give them back to the home to sell on to raise money for the comfort fund. And as always there is loads of chatter going on.
Even though this beautiful lady can't see very well she was still happy to get stuck in and give it her best shot at making a card.
Vickie is always up for crafting she loves making kids cards and anything with flowers on.
Sheila would sit and do this for days on end if we let her.
In preparation for the harvest festival the residents have been perfecting their salt dough skills with lots of plaits and shapes going on for when they get the dough out for the real thing. It was a lovely way to reminisce for many of the residents using making Bread at home when they were younger.
