We are currently looking to recruit a full-time Lead Clinical Nurse to join the Maesbrook team.
Hours:
Full time, 36 hours per week.
Rate of pay:
£22.00 per hour
As the Lead Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care of our residents and ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities:

Lead the clinical team and oversee the nursing care provided to residents

Ensure that all care plans are up to date and reflective of the resident's individual needs

Administer medication and provide clinical care when necessary

Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory standards and guidelines

Supervise and support nursing staff

Manage the clinical budget and resources
Requirements:
-
Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin
-
Experience in a care home setting
-
Strong clinical skills and knowledge

Good leadership and communication skills
-
Ability to work well under pressure

Experience managing a team

In addition, familiarity with Person Centred Software is highly desirable. This software is used in the care sector to support person-centred care planning, communication, and coordination between care providers. If you have experience using this software or similar systems, it would be an advantage and would help you to settle into the role more quickly.
The role is working for 36 hours in charge of a nursing shift working alternate weekends with an additional period of up to 12 hours available as supernumerary time determined by the needs of the business.

In addition, we offer a performance-based bonus scheme. After completing six months of employment, you will be eligible for a bonus of £1,500. After completing 12 months of employment, you will be eligible for a further bonus of £2,500.
